Account Executive
Despite the relevant skills that I gained in creative works, I want to have more experience managing and coordinating a campaign. Moreover, being an account executive requires me to have excellent verbal and written communication skills. I can take this opportunity to develop my negotiation skills and especially work well under pressure.

RESEARCHER
I will be in charge of collecting and analyzing in-depth data to solve problems, explore issues, and discover insights. After studying PR Research last semester, I have been practicing different tools and research designs to understand digital platforms' customer data. Therefore, I want to be a researcher in my team to examine the potential audiences and develop creativity. Because when all the information is accessible, we can build a well-formed strategy to develop the communication campaign.

LEARNING STYLES
THEORIST
As a theorist, I tend to think logically and arrange the ideas into rational order when it comes to decision-making. Moreover, analyzing and interpreting the data to reach conclusions are my advantages. Adapt this learning style helps me to have a clear vision or objective when kick-starting a project. Despite being logical, I might be inflexible when confronted with a situation that involves emotions and feelings.
REFLECTOR
With the reflector learning style, I tend to observe what is happening around me and consider all possible perspectives before deciding. Being cautious and thoughtful would enable me to learn best when taking numerous experiences I've perceived and work and develop an appropriate solution. On the other hand, I will not work well under high pressure.
VISUAL LEARNER
I prefer to write down every necessary information to help them stay in my memory better. During the presentation, I am not much enjoying seeing the boring statistics on the slides, I will be more likely to turn those drying numbers into graphs or charts to visualize easier. When cooperating in a team, I usually am the one who takes note of each meeting agenda and creates a to-do-list to keep track of the teamwork’s process, making sure everyone is doing their tasks.
INTELLIGENCE
My top 3 intelligence are Musical, Interpersonal and Naturalistic, which means when working in a team, I’m open to new ideas and tend to collaborate with everyone. As working in a professional environment, everyone should raise their own opinions. If, in the middle of the meeting, yet everyone remains silent, I can be the one who brightens up the mood by hinting at some topics or ideas so everyone can feel comfortable and discuss with each other.

Understanding these learning styles would be extremely helpful when studying the ICP course, as I can interpret the theories in this course to get ready for work in the communication field. Moreover, when working as a team, I will be the one who listens to everyone's opinions and synthesizes multiple perspectives to see what are the most optimized solutions for us.
