To improve and develop my skills as a final year students, here are some steps I plan to do:

• As I recognize that I’m not good at dealing with high pressure, I tend to improve myself by attending some meditation sections to eliminate stress and interruptions. Moreover, I should focus on balancing my workload between studying and club work, making sure they won’t clash with each other. Besides that, consulting a person I rely on (parents, friends) would also help me get much valuable advice to deal with pressure.

• To become a future copywriter, I need to develop my writing skills and start with the most basic ones. Practice makes perfect. I can practice my writing skills by identifying the trends these days or write about any topic that I prefer. For instance, write a movie that I recently watched.

• As communication practitioners need to multitask, I want to study other skills that I might rarely use. By learning tutorials on Youtube or getting hands-on experience, I can have more experience, not just focusing on one skill.

• As a communication student, I want to be more passionate about what I plan to do. Therefore, before I graduate from University, I want to challenge myself working as an intern or freelance in the communications industry to get more real-life experience. By achieving that plan, I will need to find the most suitable position through AdJobsAsia or Linkedin.
