#1 SHADE OF ME
Realistic person with high social engagement skills
With the Consul personality from the 16personalities test, I tend to be supportive and become the one who encourages one another. Mainly, I have a great passion for my work and eagerly put effort into what I am doing. Moving into the vibrant digital age where the mediascape in Vietnam keeps changing every day, I have to adapt those trends to understand the consumers' motivation and create communication plans that appeal to them. With considerable practical skills, I manage to keep track of my daily tasks and continuously update those workloads and routines, making sure they won't clash.

#2 SHADE OF ME
A CONTENT CREATOR
In the digital age, contents become king. Therefore, it is essential to understand the industry I am writing for and whom I'm approaching. By collecting the latest trending or what would and wouldn't work for the audiences, I can create appealing messages to everyone. This will allow me to create the right context and tone and tone and make my content fresh, relevant, and engaging. So, I am the person that can sell the products through words.

#3 SHADE OF ME
An observant person with operating skills
With 72% of the judging personality, I am a decisive and detailed person. To manage a project successfully requires me to dedicate to the goals that I have made and rarely get distracted. As a planner, I tend to look at the bigger picture first, then moving to the detailed one. As a result, I have become more flexible from working with the previous projects as I understand that the planning and the on-event processes need to be balanced. So I am the type of person who strategically approaches challenges then executes them through insightful projects.

REALITY CHECK

Despite the social media presence, I have a low awareness and lack of online self-identity in the terms of the communication industry as when I search for my name, or even my name + RMIT, there is no information or picture of me on Google. This is alarming because nowadays, high-profile people tend to network with potential candidates online rather than recruitment through CVs.
